Results: Insurance Bad-Faith Cases

Over $900,000.00

This result exceeded The Wrongdoer’s Insurance Liability Limits of only $10,000.00

The Schulman Law Group obtained over $900,000.00 against an insurance company that had provided its policyholder with only a $10,000 policy limit.  The Schulman Law Group successfully argued that the insurance company committed “bad faith” by failing to timely pay its $10,000 policy limits within 90 days of the date of the accident.

In another case, a co-employee carelessly ran over our clients toe.  That co-employee was only insured for $10,000, which his insurance company failed to timely pay.  The Schulman Law Group obtained $100,000.00 for our client.
