Class Action Litigation

Occasionally, greed may motivate even some of the largest corporations to intentionally cheat some consumers, or their own stockholders, or to act with less care than is necessary to properly or safely provide certain products or services. When the value of an individual claim may be too small for one consumer or shareholder to "efficiently" file a lawsuit for recover, and multiple victims of similar wrongful activity exist, Florida and Federal law allow one or more of the victims to sue on behalf of all similar victims, or on behalf of a certain segment of victims. While certain restrictions and requirements apply, "class actions" have provided some relief to millions of victims who would not have otherwise recovered anything. If you think you may be one of many victims who have been cheated, injured, or otherwise damaged by a particular company, please contact the Schulman Law Group and speak with one of our attorneys about a potential class action lawsuit.

To Whom It May Concern:

I just want to establish the fact that your firm has helped me out tremendously and I can't thank you enough. Even though my case isn't much, you continued to treat my case as if you were going to make millions. When you said you would call, you did; you were always on top of everything. I would highly recommend your firm to anyone who needed you. You have an absolutely wonderful, caring firm, and I can't say enough good things about them. Everyone, is always friendly whenever I call. It's a pleasure doing business with them. I know who ever uses them, will be glad they did. Marvin, Sarah, John and everyone that works there ---- thanks for caring.
