Sarah Oliver
Administrative Office & Trial Manager and Bookkeeper
Ms. Oliver is one of the most highly acknowledged and appreciated Paralegals in the Country. Sarah has dedicated her legal career to professionally helping others with her unique style of attentive care, coupled with her cast knowledege of the legal system. Sarah Oliver’s enviable 38-year legal career began in 1979 as a part-time secretary while attending college. Sarah eventually graduated from Broward Community College in 1982 with an Associate’s Degree in Science. She obtained notational certification for paralegals (Certified Legal Assistant C.L.A.) through the National Association of Legal Assistance in 1992. Ms. Oliver is the firm’s Administrative Manager and Bookkeeper. Sarah manages many of the pre-litigation and litigation files and employs her unusually, exceptional warm, and caring communication skills with clients, as well as with adversarial contacts. Ms. Oliver has a long history of religious commitment to her church as a group member teacher, women’s ministry board member, short term missionary, and regular worshiper. Ms. Oliver is also Secretary to the Astor Condominium # 4, in Hollywood Florida.
Linda M. Dillistin
RETIRED - C.L.A. Senior/Complex Litigation Assistant – Retired – employed 1982-2010
Having faithfully served the law group and our clients for more than 29 years of providing extraordinarily caring and skillful service. Ms. Dillistin will always be a part of this firm. Linda Dillistin graduated from Dade County Community College in 1965 with an Associate of Science degree in Secretarial/Legal Secretary. After marrying and having two children, Linda’s 32 year legal career began in 1975 as a part-time secretary to the Honorable Steven Shutter, now Broward County Court Judge. She obtained national certification for paralegals (Certified Legal Assistant C.L.A.) through the National Association of Legal Assistants in 1991. Mrs. Dillistin was the firm’s senior complex litigation assistant. Mrs. Dillistin taught CCD at St. Boniface Catholic Church and is still a regular member thereof. Linda is also certified with American Council on Exercise.
